Secure the Timepiece
Carefully place the watch in its original premium packaging, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to maintain return eligibility.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the exterior of your shipping box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
